This coming Friday, Aura Music & Arts Festival officially kicks off on Valentines Day celebrating its fifth year in the making. Boasting a variety of artists, Aura does seem to have a jam band theme. So put on your dancing shoes because headliners this year include: Lotus , Papadosio , and Conspirator . In addition to the lively musical acts; Aura will be providing yoga , plenty of visual arts , charity food drives , disc golf tournaments and much more.
Comedian Tent
This year Aura wants to make you laugh in addition to making you dance. They will be hosting three different comedian acts in the BLP Vibe Tent over the course of the weekend during Comedy Hour: “The Bastard Son of Broward County” Damien Figler, will be accompanied by Carlos Valencia and Nico Prada. Thursday Pre-Party
Are you just SO excited for Aura that you need to start partying ASAP? Then join the Pre-Party Thursday night ! The Official Thursday Night Pre-Party will be hosted by musical performances: The Heavy Pets , Greenhouse Lounge , and The Funky Nuggets . $30 will get you entry and camping for the night, these tickets will be available online or at the gate. This will be the first pre-party in Aura’s five year run, so don’t miss it! Grab a good camping spot and make some new friends

You knew we’d get to this eventually, right? This will be the first time in 2014 that the Lotus Lounge has made an appearance.“We’re excited to make Aura Music and Arts Festival the first stop on the Lotus Lounge’s festival tour this year” said Amy Allison, Event and Festival Coordinator, “We are even putting up the Lotus Lounge tent–so rain or shine we will be providing a great space for festival goers to relax and socialize.”
After the sun sets the mood will change with DJ’s performing in the Lotus Lounge’s center, easing the tent into a spirited and dance-able environment. So be sure to stop by the Lotus Lounge and meet our team and put your feet up for a while. We look forward to meeting you!
