It’s time to grab your favourite super-soaker and start stockpiling some water balloons, because Vancouver’s largest water fight is back for the seventh time in Stanley Park .
The event will be held at Lumberman’s Arch (near the water park on the North side of Stanley Park) and will begin at exactly at 1pm to the sound of the theme song (the very interesting signature Vancouver Waterfight Theme Song performed by The Legion of Flying Monkeys Horn Orchestra).
There are a few rules of conduct to abide by, including:
- clean up after yourself (especially when it comes to water balloons)
- Don’t be rude and attack innocent bystanders
- Don’t take it too seriously (it’s not a contest, it’s a water fight!)
Most importantly, have fun and get soaked! The Vancouver weather report is looking promising with a 14-day trend of sun, sun, sun — so cool off with the help of hundreds of other like-minded people water fight aficionados.
