Inspired by Norway’s Northern Lights, Helly Hansen’s new Fall/Winter 2015 training collection is designed to keep you running safe and confident on poorly lit roads and even trails through winter’s darkest months.
Invisible to the naked eye, the reflective fabric used in Helly Hansen’s Norviz line of base layers and outerwear only reveals its hidden reflectivity when exposed to some form of direct light (pictured top illuminated by flash). The large brushes of reflective hits offer 360 degrees of visibility when you are out running at night.
The Pace Norviz Jacket, an all-over reflective, wind-blocking jacket, uses lightweight X-COOL quick-dry fabric that sheds wind and rain so you can stay comfortable and run longer. The W Aspire Norviz Jacket’s hourglass silhouette and colorful designs keep female runners stylish and warm despite winter’s chills.
The Pace Norviz LS and W Aspire Norviz LS reflect light, while the X-COOL quick-dry fabric keeps you cool no matter the intensity of your workout. The front zipper and thumbholes add comfort and convenience to help further regulate your body temperature.
The Pace Norviz Tights and W Aspire Norviz Tights round out the collection with body-mapped support. Reflective fabric and details keep you visible, while a sweat-proof pocket ensures your possessions remain dry.
Look for the Helly Hansen Norviz pieces to drop at the end of summer.
