A Walk in the Woods Engagement | Shore Impressions Photography

The beautiful natural setting that surrounds this couples engagement session is so enchanting. Ivy strewn trees and a rusted look out over the water! We couldn’t dream up a more beautiful location! Chris of Shore Impressions Photography had this to say about the couple and session location,

“Jimmy, a boat carpenter and third in a family line that together built Generation III Marina, and Lindsay, the daughter of a fifth generation Chesapeake Bay waterman, came to discover that their lives shared more parallels than accident would allow.  Jimmy proposed in the shadows of a May sunset, at just the exact spot on Lindsay’s family farm that they plan to wed come this September… Their engagement photographs were shot around Jimmy’s farm. A handful of dwellings on the property, including a small waterfront guest cottage, were built by hand by Jimmy’s great-grandmother, using field stones plowed from local fields. A horse pasture is enclosed by an oak fence, milled from trees felled on the property and built by hand by Jimmy and his father. ”
