Steal This Style | Cheerful Spring Table

Hi Something Turquoise friends, Lauren here from I Love Love Events bringing you an awesome and affordable cheerful table, just in time for the upcoming spring holiday season.

The moss table runner and the layers and layers of flowers are the elements that drew me to this tablescape and also, what makes it look so fresh, springy and cheerful. Pat’s Floral Design knocked it out of the park with the flowers, but I am claiming that, with some creative vision, you could achieve something similar with (gasp) grocery store flower bouquets. You may need a couple bouquets, but the classic rose, carnation, daisy, lily and fern combo are just the right colors and can be separated out and restyled. Arrange them in pots (that you may already have), urns and lanterns to get this look. Add some feathers and berries and you are on your way! If you are apprehensive, search “arranging grocery store flowers” on google or Pinterest and you’ll find lots of great tips.

While I designed this post and accompanying budget for a smaller, intimate gathering, you could scale it up for a wedding and keep it affordable by renting the glassware, as opposed to buying, and either trading in the large lanterns for smaller Ikea lanterns , or renting them from your florist.

Intrigued by the look of the blackberry cocktail? We are too! Here’s a fun recipe from Glitter Guide that we think would pair perfectly with this ensemble.
