A rustic ranch wedding at a stables in Jupiter was the perfect choice for a couple with a love for the outdoors, big trees, and lush green views. Close friends ArtPhotoSoul Photographers were with them on the day, sharing - and capturing - their joy and love for each other and their intimate group of family and friends. It was the picture-perfect day they'd dreamed of, prayed for, and received!
Kieth, a marketing VP from LA, and Phoebe, an ER nurse from Toronto, met here in 2010, the year the two both moved to West Palm Beach. They love being adventurous together in the great outdoors, and were smitten by the gorgeous setting at BMR Stables in Jupiter from the moment they saw the "trees everywhere and lush green grass." The location also fit their desire for a relaxed, simple and intimate wedding, and they chose a rustic theme to match.
Friends and photographers Antoinette and Phil of ArtPhotoSoul Photographers tell us that Phoebe and Kieth love people and love serving them, and would literally give you the clothes off their backs. Phoebe found her match in Kieth, as she tells us: "We came from different worlds and different backgrounds but somehow found true love in each other. He's my best friend and the most generous and loving man you will ever meet."
One of the highlights of their day was the "Memory Lane", a collection of photos from the couple of all of their guests, with handwritten notes about each. Says Phoebe, "Memory Lane was a thank you to our family and friends who have loved and supported us over the years and who have shaped us to become the people we are today. Our wedding was a celebration of these wonderful people as much as it was a celebration of our marriage."
One of Phoebe's favorite moments was her entry to the ceremony - on a horse! - and seeing Kieth's face for the first time that day.
“We had happy tears streaming down our faces. And when we stood under the tree saying our vows in front of our closest family and friends, I knew nothing could've been more perfect.”
"We also had a miracle that day. The weather forecast said it was going to rain and sure enough the skies were gray and it was raining that morning. But right when our guests began to arrive and when the ceremony began, the sky opened up and it was sunny and blue. The whole day was picture perfect and we feel so blessed."
The decor was rustic, to fit the setting, with old window frames and reclaimed wood elements designed and styled by Too Southern Girls.
