Mexican design studio Cocolab have designed a new audiovisual art installation that will have your average raver frothing at the mouth. Brought to our attention by the Creators Project , the White Canvas installation takes over an empty warehouse in Mexico City, employing spotlights that move dynamically in sync with a trip-hop score provided by Belgium’s Before Tigers .
Each light in the warehouse can be manipulated individually, and the way in which the lights are choreographed with the individual sounds is something to behold, creating the dizzying illusion that it’s the lights that are themselves creating the sound. Check out the showcase video below.
