You have hiking pants that can zip off into shorts so why not something similar for shirts? The new MTR 201 Tech Shirt from Mammut instantly transforms from a long-sleeve shirt into a T-shirt and back again with a removable sleeve system.
Unlike regular arm sleeves, where you can end up with funky tan lines are the end of the day, the Mammut Tech Shirt features a loop on the wrist and a shoulder hook to keep the sleeves up and secure. Instead of carrying an extra layer when you head out for a run, hike or even bike, you can now simply remove or add the sleeves as the weather changes.
The Tech Shirt is made from a breathable and moisture wicking material, while a securable front zipper pull further enhances ventilation possibilities. The Pure anti-microbial treatment provides a natural solution to help prevent the build-up of odors.
Three stow pockets and an additional key pocket on the back of the shirt are positioned to allow easy access at any time to snacks or for stowing your sleeves when not in use. Flatlock seams prevent chafing in the usual high friction areas, while lightweight and elastic material inserts in the underarm and back areas add comfort. Reflective logos provide further visibility in low light conditions.
The Mammut MTR 201 Tech Shirt will be available for Spring 2015.
