Swoon, this Thursday’s engagement picture ideas are the cherry on top of a wonderful week. The lighting is gorgeous, the animals are majestic and this couples’ country-esque vibe is shining bright. As you’ll see throughout the photos captured by Andie Freeman Photography , the couple stayed true to them including an intimate picnic and even their fav reads. Jessica and Andrew will be loving each other until the cows come home, or maybe we should say until the horses come home… 
From the Photographer…
Jessica and Andrew first met in the dorms of Kennesaw State University. They are both big readers. Jessica’s favorite series is Harry Potter and Andrew’s is Game of Thrones. They also enjoy picnicking together and Jessica loves horses. So we really strove for an engagement session that could incorporate all of those things. They brought along their copies of their favorite books and a bottle of champagne, and I picked the perfect horse farm to showcase Jessica’s love for horses. We also incorporated a lot of purple into the session since that is Jessica’s favorite color. We wanted a session that was fun and relaxed and really showed off their personalities and their love for each other. And we couldn’t forget Jessica’s dog either!! Complete with a purple flower collar!!! Jessica and Andrew will be marrying in Macon, GA in May 2015.
From the Bride-to-be..
We chose the location for the engagement session because of the variety of potential set ups and because I love horses so much! That location allowed us to have the rustic but timeless/elegant feel I was looking for. I had scoured the internet for engagement photo inspiration and wanted the shots to show off our silly and goofy side. The glasses we are toasting with in the pictures are the glasses we toasted each other with on the day we got engaged, and of course, they’re purple!
