Speed wins at TripAdvisor, but we all need to take our eyes off our monitors now and then. Last month, employees took a break from the Newton, Massachusetts office and headed to Thompson Island in the Boston Harbor Islands for some fun in the sun. Check out some highlights that include giant Chess and Connect Four sets, a pie-eating contest, and a different kind of horse race. There was even time for a little nap!
