Happy Canada Day everyone
We are taking the day off today to enjoy this Canadian Holiday and to prepare for the soft launch of our new website design tomorrow. We hope you are having an amazing long weekend. Canada Day is a great time to sit back and relax on the deck, have a barbecue, crack open a cold Canadian and listen to some Rush.
The New PlanetD
Tomorrow we will have a whole new look at ThePlanetD and over the course of this Canada Day and Fourth of July Week, Dave and I will be ironing out all the bugs to make it perfect for our big official launch next week.
We have big giveaways from Expedia.com and Intrepid Travel . Â Arc’teryx , F-Stop Gear and Bluffworks are lending a hand, and inspiring people like CC Chapman , Johnny Jet , Wandering Earl and YTravel Blog will be sharing stories in the coming weeks. We hope that you check out the new look, leave some comments on what you think and enter to win some big giveaways.
We’re very excited about the coming weeks, but for now, it’s time to relax and take advantage of all the banks, businesses and stores being closed. There’s no excuse to be busy today on Canada Day, it’s your time to do whatever you want!
