Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in Sarasota was the perfect engagement session locale for Alina and Tony, who love nature and being outdoors. Irina Kharitonenko took a stroll with them through the tropical conservatory, capturing their love along with the beautiful flora and fauna.
The two grew up together, attending the same church; as Alina tells us, "Ever since I can remember, he was always there."
Alina became close with Tony's younger sister, Tati, and then with their whole family. Tony realized his feelings for Alina before she did: "One day, Tony told me he liked me but I couldn't say the same back to him right then because I always thought of him as my brother. However, the more I pushed him away, the more I realized how much I needed him in my life. I love how he never gave up on me!"
The two were wed on June 20 before heading off to Alaska for their honeymoon. Congratulations, guys!
