Today’s stunning southern wedding swept us away with its gorgeous nautical details and beautiful couple! We absolutely love the anchors and touches of driftwood! “Lindsay and Zach had an amazing wedding on the Northern Neck of Virginia. They chose the Northern Neck for multiple reasons. One being it’s Zach’s hometown. Another reason was they love being on and around the water. This wedding was nautical with a touch of feminine. Lindsay had a team of bridesmaids that offered up some amazing talent… from makeup, to arranging the bouquets, to custom chalkboards and personalized cornhole boards. Lindsay and Zach made sure their dogs Docker and Chesapeake were involved in the wedding as much as possible. Lindsay’s mom made the ties for the groomsmen.
The bridesmaids were able to choose whatever style dress they wanted to match their corresponding ties. Lindsay and Zach had one of their favorite bands, Justin James Co., play during the ceremony and reception. For favors, they bottled her dad’s own bar-b-que sauce for guests to take home. The bridesmaids arranged the bouquets in rope wrapped vases – a DIY project by the bride and her mom. This wedding was a true reflection of Zach and Lindsay and all the things they love.”
