Whispers began to rise this week that long-reigning electro rockers Justice were finally returning to the scene, thanks to the sleuthing skills of a certain Reddit user last week. These rumors turned out to be fact, with news emerging earlier today that their new track “Safe and Sound” would have a high-profile premiere on UK radio during the London evening.
Speaking to Annie Mac during the track premiere, Justice confirmed their new album—which was recorded in their Paris studio—is now close to finished and set to drop during the summer.
A new offering from Justice is a big deal, indeed. The most successful act on the influential Ed Banger Records label—which single-handedly drove the French electro movement—Justice’s † and Audio, Video, Disco albums elevated the leather-jacket-clad duo’s stadium performances around America, Europe and the rest of the world.
