Disclosure Return With Surprise EP That Channels Vintage House Sounds

It’s been nearly a year since UK house heroes Disclosure released their sophomore album Caracal, which saw them further narrow the gap between classic house and the mainstream, and this week they’ve made a surprise return with an EP that carries even more of a vintage feel.

Moog for Love is already available to purchase and stream, and features three beautifully polished vocal house cuts that draw heavily on classic, soulful sounds, reaching back into the history of the genre, something that the duo reference in the EP’s artwork.

The EP’s title track, a collab with Eats Everything , makes a nod to vintage synths, while those classic roots are also referenced in “Feel Like I Do,” which sees them collaborating with legendary soul vocalist Al Green .

Disclosure’s Moog for Love is available now via Spotify and iTunes . Listen to a preview of the EP below.
