Rustic, classy, secluded - these are the qualities that this Jupiter couple wanted for their wedding day. Choosing the oceanfront Sur La Mer Estate in Vero Beach allowed them to build a weekend surrounded by family and friends, and gave them that private beach wedding feel they craved. Lisa Marshall Photography captured all the pretty and meaningful moments that we're sharing with you today.
Noelle, a physical therapist, and Bryan, an electrical engineer (and member of a 12 sibling family!), met almost 7 years ago while Bryan was attending the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne; Noelle's brother introduced them. They dated long distance for five long years while finishing up college and graduate school, and afterwards, landed here in Jupiter.
Both grew up on the beach (she in Melbourne and he in Massachusetts) and have a love of the ocean and the outdoors, so a beach wedding was their first priority. They also wanted something private, where they could spend more time with all their family and friends in one place; Sur La Mer in Vero Beach was the perfect fit.
Bryan proposed to Noelle on a little Intracoastal island in Jupiter, using a small wooden treasure box. Their ring bearer, Bryan's youngest brother, carried that box down the aisle - one of Noelle's favorite moments of the day. They also combined sand from each of their two hometown beaches: Melbourne Beach and Plymouth, Massachusetts. Noelle's uncle officiated the ceremony, adding another personal touch.
Noelle tells us that Bryan's kindness, respect and family-oriented nature was what initially drew her to him.
Noelle was thrilled with the elegantly rustic design that Nave Event Design helped them achieve for the day. All the peachy pink hues and gradients - with that added pop of aqua - evoke the feeling of a breezy beach sunset so perfectly.
“We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day celebrating with our families and friends.”
Congratulations, guys!
