Will K and Corey James have exhibited remarkable chemistry in days past, and it really raises the question of why the two producers haven’t given the ampersand between their names a permanent placement. Every collab to come out of their frequent studio sessions is painfully on point, allowing the loosely conjoined pair to lock in record deals with Armada, Protocol, Release Records and Sosumi. Further sharpening their partnership is a new single, “Let Me See You,” which has been snatched up by Dannic’s fairly new Fonk imprint.
Designed for prime time, the progressive house piece applies pressure in all the right places. The drums pound with astounding might, the synths are vibrantly alive, and the energy is impossibly big. Will and Corey are holding on to another anthem here, and we’re still wondering when the dudes are going to drop the solo mentality and just form a legitimate duo already.
