As a lifelong Annapolitan, I adore the water — how sailboats look as they float on the bay, a sunset from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and nautical weddings, of course. For this shoot, I wanted to highlight our nautical town and the event that happens after the wedding – the brunch! And, what better nautical location, but Boatyard Bar & Grill in historic Eastport! Our bride and groom are getting ready to leave on their honeymoon – sailing around the world, of course! But, first, they bring together their family and friends to share one last yummy meal, including the perfect Bloody Mary cocktail. Enjoy this shoot filled with lots of little nautical touches and a gorgeous color palette of scarlet, navy, mint and gold glitter! The adventure begins now…sail away!
