Jenny and Brian chose his childhood vacation spot, a location both beautiful and meaningful, for their elegant spring destination wedding. From Jenny: Brian and I met completely randomly at a bar in Chicago. Oddly enough my sister actually met her husband at the same bar a few months later. Brian and I love trying new things together, dining in great restaurants, traveling together, spending time with our families, and perhaps most importantly making each other laugh. We are a great match because we challenge each other, we have the same values, and we truly feel lucky to get to wake up next to each other every morning.
Brian's family has been going to Longboat Key to escape the Michigan winters ever since he was little. For the past few years Brian and I have visited in the month of March and I simply fell in love with the place. After having our wedding there, my family has fallen in love with it too! It will definitely be a special place for us for years to come!

I didn't have an inspiration per se, but I knew I wanted an outdoor wedding and I loved the idea of having a clear tent to incorporate the beautiful surroundings. I wanted everything to exude a sort of simple elegance and warmth so we went with all white flowers, white linens, minimal draping and a few chandeliers to give the tent a little extra pizzazz. NK Productions Wedding Planning and all of our vendors were incredibly helpful in bringing my vision to fruition.
Our wedding surpassed all of my expectations and was truly the happiest day of my life so it's really difficult to pick my favorite moments. Watching my mom during the Horah was a highlight; she was laughing and smiling from ear to ear. Lastly, the speeches were exceptional.
