So I’m pretty sure that these are the cutest things I have ever seen, or made. Dreaming up adorable, fun, usable favors are one of my absolute favorite things to do and these little darlings are on the top of my list. Today I’m sharing how to blend your choice of adorable sprinkles into your own custom mix to gift at your upcoming wedding event! These Custom Sprinkle Mix Favors would be ridiculously adorable for a bridal shower or bachelorette party, especially if it has a cooking or dessert theme. Sprinkles come in endless shapes, sizes and colors so matching your event palette will be a piece of cake, lol. This favor project is incredibly simple and depending on how much you buy your sprinkles for, the total cost for each jar should be $3.00 or less – so it’s affordable too. Every gal who enjoys her sweets would love to have these cuties on hand, to add a dash of pretty into a bowl of ice cream or into some boring oatmeal – yes sprinkles will make your morning bowl of oats way, way better. SUPPLIES:
- 1.25oz Clear Glass Vial + Cork Top
- Around 5 different types of sprinkles
- 1 1/4″ Round Address Labels
- Home Printer
- Twine
- Scissors
I bought all these cute, fun sprinkles at my local cake specialty store. Hopefully you’ll have something like that near you, but if you don’t – Etsy is packed full of awesome sprinkle options!
This “simple diy” really is simple – the hardest part will be choosing your sprinkle colors! Mix your choices together in a bowl until you are happy with the blend. I went a little heavy with the white pearl jimmy’s.
Then fill your vials with your special new mix! Each vial takes exactly 1 ounce of sprinkles.
Add a little twine or ribbon to embellish the vial.
Download and print my free design at the bottom of the post onto 1 1/4″ round labels – or design your own! Both designs are on one sheet and read:
- You Are The Sprinkles On My Donut
- You Are The Sprinkles On My Cupcake
That’s all there is to this project – just a few quick steps to the most adorable favor ever.
