Bridal fashion week wouldn’t be complete without experiencing the exquisite beading, grandiose style and touch of luxuriousness that is the Kenneth Pool collection. I always look toward Kenneth Pool to provide our brides with equal parts glamour and sophistication – and our styling clients who have wore their gowns are often such confident, fashion-focused and elegant ladies {who appreciate meticulous hand beading and a bit of bling to boot}! Take a peek at my runway recap of the the Kenneth Pool Spring 2014 collection below, pin your faves, and see my notes below for more details!
Stylist’s Notes: A passion for elaborate luxury and a love for the grandiose, embodies the dramatic spirit of the Kenneth Pool woman. True glamour comes to life through intricate embellishment, bold and daring shapes, or an artful combination of the two. Italian Duchesse stretch satin molds to the body with a seductive air, while exquisite hand beaded multi-faceted crystals, sequins, and miniature bugle beads create an unparalleled brilliance and shine. An exaggerated drop waist is a defining silhouette of the season, as sculpted bodices explode into grand tulle skirts. Delicate embroidery on a tulle flutter sleeve offers a sensuous nod, while more boldly distinct Lochrosen crystals appeal to the regal and stately.
