Christine and Ian’s stunning wedding was years in the making when they first met at “brunch” in high school. Ten years later they were ready for the wedding of their dreams and Love More Photo was there to capture their every move! Take a peek at this adorable couple’s big day at the Crest Hollow Country Club !
Christine wore a Pronovias dress called Portugal with an elegant cathedral length veil – each detailed with beautiful beading. She accessorized with Badgley Mischka heels and a crystal crown and earrings. She looked gorgeous and polished with the simple accessories.
The couple was married at St. Athanasius Church decorated with fall colored flowers and the perfect stained glass windows that they felt added all the decor they needed!
“My bouquet had crystals and tiny pearls in it,” said Christine. ”It was made up of orange roses, white calla lilies with purple centers and some deep purple colored flowers. The bridesmaid bouquets were the orange roses and purple flowers as well.” We love the bright purple of the flowers that pop against the bridesmaids eggplant dresses. Its great to play with shades of a color to make certain elements stand out!
“We chose eggplant and terracotta as the colors for the wedding,” said Christine and Ian. ”The contrast between the dark purple and the brightness of terracotta created a special ambiance that we had envisioned for the wedding. As elegant as all white is, we decided to go with bright colors because they are indicative of our personality and warm nature. We were opting for a fun and welcoming atmosphere.”
With Jack and Rose Florist arrangements on the tables the room looked gorgeous. The room was set with amber lighting and overlooked the grounds and the pool of the Crest Hollow Country Club . The wedding cake was a beautiful four tiered square cake decorated with orange and purple flowers and filled with canolli cream!
