As we sit here hoping for winter’s end, we thought we would share this beautifully styled spring time shoot with you! The bright colors and gorgeous flowers have us dreaming of a warm spring day and a beautiful bride! Take a peek at all the beautiful details, produced by Spectacular Affairs, LLC and photographed by Jessica Schmitt Photography !
“The concept for the shoot was fresh, artistic and city chic,” said Jessica Schmitt. “Weddings are often so clean and focus on a style and decor that is white with one or two other accent colors. I wondered what it might be like to use paint as an accent with many splashes of bold colors.”
All of the stunning watercolor-inspired stationery for the shoot was designed by We Heart Paper .
“The paint brush stroke design was incorporated through the custom made table runner and all paper products,” said Jessica. ”The calla lilies and feathery coxcomb represent paint brushes. Even the brides earrings look like a drop of paint. The location at Top of the Garden was a perfect spot because it is a blank space like a white canvas that we could mold to create our look.”
“Art is such an important part of NYC culture and we love sharing this style that will speak to other art lovers in Manhattan and beyond,” said Jessica. {We just love this chic and colorful cake from A’s Exquisite Cakes & Chocolates Inc }.
