For this easy DIY wedding favor project, we chose to complement a trendy wedding theme – rustic elegance that is perfect for fall! With succulents popping up everywhere from bouquets to center pieces, the hardy plant makes for a fantastic wedding gift for your guests, especially when paired with a chic wedding gift tag .
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Mini Glass Bell Jar with Base
- Sand
- Succulents
- Gift Tag & paper
- Twine
Steps:
- Fill the base with sand, and arrange the succulent cuttings. Use 2-3 varieties of succulents for the best look – we recommend pairing contrasting heights and widths!
- Delicately place the mini bell jar onto the base. You may want secure with invisible tape for transportation purposes.
- Attach the gift tag sticker to a piece of paper, and cut around the border. Using about 10 inches of twine, wrap the handle of the bell jar several times, and then tie on the gift tag.
It’s a simple DIY that your guests will love to take home. An added bonus? They’ll look gorgeous placed on the reception tables!
