DIY Place Card Holders

Planning a rustic-themed wedding or holding a reception at a winery? If you love wine and love to DIY, this is the perfect little project for you. Simple and affordable DIY cork place card holders are a great way to add a personalized touch to your reception.

First things first. This is the fun part! Drink lots of wine and start saving the corks. Or collect them from friends and family. You can also visit your local specialty grocery store or wine shop. Some stores will have a collection of corks for free or for a minimal cost (depending on location). After you gather your corks, you can get started on this quick craft.

For our table setting, we threaded ribbon through a table number and tied it around a bottle of wine. This is a great way to add more to your wedding theme and match your place cards, too.
