Visual artist Roberto de Lucca and architect Antonio Scarponi have designed an unit of 4 sqm Hotello, which is a combination of a office and a hotel room. Hotello is conceived to extemporarily inhabit the empty lofts of the contemporary city, but could also be put to great use in evacuation situations.
Hotello is a portable space, packed into a trunk and contains all the necessary elements needed to work and rest. It consists of a metal structure that supports a translucent and sound absorbent curtain. Hotello can be combined and aggregated in different configurations.
Hotello is designed for the Swiss firm d askonzept
