If you haven’t checked out our youtube channel , please do! Just like ThePlanetD travel website, our Youtube channel has had a major overhaul. We post a video a week on Youtube showcasing travel around the world. The past few months may have been incredible for Dave to catch up on his photography and showcase his award-winning photography skills, but they’ve also been amazing for me to go through footage of destinations we’ve captured on video that never saw the light of day, like this one from Rome!
A Roman Holiday
I’m embarrassed to see how much travel footage went onto our hard drives never to be seen again. We were running around so much the past few years, we’d edit one video per destinations and forget about the rest!
Well for the next few weeks, expect to see that footage roll out on youtube. So check us out, subscribe to our channel and leave a comment. I’m always trying to learn to be a better editor and a more skilled videographer. If you have any suggestions or tips, I’m happy to here them!

Don’t forget to subscribe to ThePlanetD on Youtube. Sadly, we started our Youtube channel long before the days of Google and Gmail. We had our channel linked to our old hotmail account and have never figured out how to change our name! Since we already had a small following on Youtube we decided to keep WeGoByeBye and are still trying to figure out how to be found as ThePlanetD. But there are far worse things to worry about in this world.
Make sure to leave a link to your channel as well. We’re having a hard time finding quality travel videos on the Internet. Maybe it’s our age or generation, but a talking head with a GoPro spending 6 minutes walking through a street doesn’t cut it for me. I need some more good channels like the ones we’ve featured in the sidebar of our channel to subscribe to for travel inspiration!
