The new line of five different tent designs, includes three branded First Ascent, built to take you on high altitude mountaineering trips or backpacking through your favorite wilderness. Two further Eddie Bauer branded models are perfect for the family or car campers looking for a little more space and comfort.
The Katabatic (pictured top) is a 4-season tent purpose built for high altitude expeditions. Currently being used by the team on Mt. Everest, the Katabatic features a double wall construction for condensation control and steep walls to help shed snow and maximize floor space. Two vestibules provide extra storage room and make it easy for two people to get in and out. Weighing 10 lbs 5 oz, this tent will stand up to any weather. MSRP $599.
The Stargazer is a versatile 3-season backpacking tent that is lighter in weight (4 lbs 5 oz – 4 lbs 15 oz) and easy to pack. Similar to Easton tents, the poles are color coded for quick and easy pitching. A full rainfly provides complete protection from wet weather, while the double door design offers easy access for two people. 2-person MSRP $299, 3-person MSRP $349.
The Carbon River is an oversized, 3-season, family camping tent with color coded aluminum poles for easy pitching. A full rain fly keeps the weather out, while seven interior storage pockets and a gear loft help you keep the family organized. 2-person MSRP $199, 3-person MSRP $249.
The Olympic Dome offers plenty of space for those car campers looking for a little luxury. A full rain fly with two large vestibules and numerous interior pockets offer plenty of storage for everyone's gear. 4-person MSRP $279, 6-person MSRP $399.
