Renovated industrial style loft in downtown Oklahoma City

This industrial-style loft has staggering ceiling heights and plentiful windows. It is part of “The Guardian,” a 40,000 square foot renovation project by Fitzsimmons Architects in the Midtown District of downtown Oklahoma City. It provides thirty-seven loft apartments and will include a ground level restaurant and the conversion of an alley into a pedestrian plaza. The area is an integral part of the current renaissance of the city and has seen a dramatic increase in both the redevelopment of existing buildings as well as new infill commercial and residential housing projects.
