We couldn’t have bought the generosity of our guests, at least not that done with real affection.
We couldn’t have bought the shooting star we saw over the lake in that private five minutes before our first dance.
We couldn’t have bought our way out of the hangover the next morning.
You can’t buy weddings. You have to make them.
