Continuing its decades-long reign this year as the world’s most important dance-focused radio show, Pete Tong’s weekly Essential Mix generally schedules in a few big festival broadcasts over the summer. It offered up a particularly big one over the weekend in the form of a live recording from the Parklife festival in the UK, where a live performance from veterans The Chemical Brothers was joined by NYC icon Armand Van Helden going back-to-back with Jackmaster .
