WOW! The day has finally arrived.
After months and months of planning, I cannot express how excited I am that this day has finally arrived.
If you are not sure how to get to CWTCHFEST please use this map as a guide. It only takes 10 minutes to get to Bluebell Meadow from Culverhouse Cross and only 5 minutes from Cottrell Park Golf Club.
Tickets
If you have purchased your tickets, remember to bring them with you! Either print them out or have your mobile ticket available to show. If you have neither, you will need to provide ID from the person that purchased the tickets. We have a record of all ticket sales.
If you have NOT got a ticket and want to come, we suggest you arrive after 1pm. Keep checking our Facebook Page for updates throughout the morning. It will cost £7 per person and the event is on until 8pm.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING CASH. There are NO card facilities on site. There are cash machines around Culverhouse Cross, so it might be a good idea to stop on the way.
Children are very welcome at CWTCHFEST. An entry fee of £1 each is payable on the door.
Arriving On Site
When you arrive at Bluebell Meadows, there will be stewards on the gate. Please have your tickets ready to show.
They will then direct you to a parking space.
Once parked, make your way to the registration area. If you are one of the first 100 brides, you will receive a goody bag (YAY!)
Exhibition Area
The exhibitor tent is open from 11-4pm. We suggest you all spent a good bit of time in there. We have a BIG selection of fabulous wedding suppliers all waiting to inspire you and help make your wedding day perfect!
Workshops
If you’d like to do a workshop, make sure you sign up as soon as you arrive. Spaces are limited.
Live Music & DJ
There will be a range of live acts performing throughout the day. All of which are available for weddings! so if you like what you hear, make sure you talk to the bands afterwards and check their availability.
We’re looking forward to grabbing some amazing food, a drink from the bar and chilling out listening to them all! We hope you’ll join us too!
