Oh my, we’ve been up since 6am beavering away with our epic to-do lists. We cannot wait to welcome you all tomorrow.
As we check the forecast every hour, the weather is looking good for Sunday (Hurray!).
We’ve been getting lots of emails recently asking for more information such as a postcode for SATNAV, which bands are performing at which times, parking etc… plus lots more.
So, we thought lets put together a post detailing everything you need to plan your visit to CWTCHFEST.
If there is anything we’ve missed, just leave a your question in the comments box and we’ll reply.
DIRECTIONS
Bluebell Meadows is very easy to find. Its only 10 mins from Culverhouse Cross and 5 mins from Cottrell Park golf club too!
The postcode if using Satnav is CF62 3AS
Please be aware that this postcode covers a few properties in the area.
We strongly advise everyone to CAR SHARE. Parking is available on site however, it is limited. If you are arriving as a group PLEASE meet at an alternative location and car share to the site.
As the area is quite affluent, some of the locals do not like people knocking their doors asking for directions. You may also see a few signs from a very small number of locals not liking Bluebell Meadow (please ignore them, they are a minority trying to spoil it for everyone).
Simply follow the map and you will see the Tipis & Marquees as you approach. Drive straight onto the field and you will be directed to a parking space
Tickets
If you do not yet have a ticket, we have a small number available here:
BRING YOUR TICKETS!
Make sure you print them off or bring your mobile showing the email confirmation (make sure your battery is charged too!)
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Yes…if there are any left. If we sell out i’m afraid you won’t be able to gain entry. We’d hate to turn anyone away so PLEASE buy your tickets in advance.
Can children come?
Yes, there is a £1 entry fee for children, payable upon entry.
Timetable
Exhibitor tent:
Our exhibitor tent is open 11-4pm and we have some of wales’ BEST wedding suppliers all waiting to showcase their work and help you with your wedding. These companies are super lovely, either handpicked by us or highly regarded in the industry. At 4pm the exhibition tent closes BUT there is still lots more to enjoy on site until 8pm!
Workshops
If you’d like to try one of the workshops, you will need to sign up as soon as you arrive. Places are limited (10-12 max) so we advise you to arrive early. If you are unable to get a place, you are very welcome to watch the workshops.
Live music
We have live music throughout the day. If you are wanting to see a specific band, please check out the program below to help plan your visit.
Food & Drink
There will be a variety of Food stalls all trading throughout the day. We also have a bar located in the main stretch tent where the live music is performing as well as afternoon tea and hay bale seating area located on the field.
Goody Bags
We asked what you all thought about goody bags and we listened. As a result, we have put together 100 fabulous gift bags to the first 100 brides/grooms (one per couple). They will be given out on a first come first served basis.
Here is a sneaky peek at some of the lovely treats you can expect to find inside, courtesy of some fabulous welsh based wedding companies.

Wrap up!
Despite the glorious weather it can get quite windy in the meadow so we do recommend you bring something to keep you warm.Layers are highly recommended! New Look currently have a really good (and reasonable) range of festival fashion .
Bring Cash
There are no card payment facilities in the field so if you are hoping to buy tickets on the day or just wanting to buy food and drink it has to be done the old fashioned way.
And there you have it!
If we have missed something, do let us know in the comments box below.
Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow
