I love the rustic wedding look that is so popular right now. What I love even more is when a couple takes the already beautiful, warm, rustic theme and adds a little bit of something new…or, in this case, old. Ariel and Jake were married at Craven Farm where the corn fields, wildflowers, and classic red barn created a natural, rustic setting. For a personal touch and a little charm. the couple added old victorian details, like the faded family photos in those lovely vintage frames and the gorgeous lace of Ariel’s dress and veil. The rustic, victorian theme carried into the reception hall with the mismatched floral dishes, which were each individually handpicked by the bride (wow) and homemade jam favors (of various flavors!), which were also handmade by both Ariel and Jake. The day could not have been any more spectacular with the bright blue skies and glorious green farm fields that made for perfect wedding day pictures by Amanda Lloyd Photography .
