A landscape designer walks into a floral design company…the rest is history. Once Yena saw Andrew, she knew he was the one and their fairytale wedding is nothing short of beautiful. We absolutely love the details in their wedding, photographed by XO Andrea Photography , so take a look!
Yena wore a stunning Vera Wang Gemma dress in ivory with blush sequin detailing. The sweetheart neckline looked beautiful on her and the mermaid shape at the bottom had gorgeous flowing fabric. She paired it with Sequin earrings from Henri Bendel and iridescent gold and silver shoes from Via Spiga .
Andrew wore a Hugo Boss tuxedo with a custom made shirt from Sebastien Grey with shoes by Ghost. With the background of the elegant St. Regis rooms, the couple looked almost royal. 
The color scheme of the day included purple, indigo and all shades in between. Yena had her bridesmaids chose their own dresses in those hues from designers such as Monique Lhuillier , Amsale , and Jim Hjelm . The men followed Andrew’s lead and sported black tuxedos for a classic look. 
By Yena Designs designed all of the floral arrangements for the day (except her bouquet, which was styled by her colleague). She chose magenta peonies and garden roses for her bridesmaids to carry, while she held a beautiful mix of white peonies, white ranunculus, picasso callas and pink phalaenopsis orchids. Andrew had a boutonniere that complemented her bouquet. Don’t the boys look adorable with the girls’ flowers?! 
Yena not only designed the flowers, but she created the invitation suite with a range of purples and golds, as well. The purple against the stark white background gives great contrast and creates a dramatic mood for the gorgeous evening wedding to follow.
Yena and Andrew held their reception in the rooftop ballroom of the St. Regis Hotel . Accented with lighting from Bentley Meeker , the room glowed with shades of purple mixed with varied vases of white and magenta flowers. 
The cake, or work of art, that Ron Ben Israel made for the couple was adorned with sugar flowers that coordinated with the table decor as well as sequin detailing to mirror Yena’s dress.
