Asking a wedding blogger to pick their favorite wedding post is like asking a parent to pick a favorite child. It’s an impossible question… but this wedding would be a serious contender! I have never seen such beautiful smiles paired with so many immaculate details! The loveliest combination of mismatched bridesmaids gowns, handwritten letters exchanged back-to-back before the ceremony, and nautical tablescapes have us completely captivated. These images came to us from the lens of Michelle Lindsay Photography . The bride, Vianne, summed up her wedding day with one word, “Joy.” You let us know if you agree with her by the time you reach the end of this serious wedding eye-candy, we sure do!
From the bride: “The vision Jeff and I had for our wedding day can be adequately summedup in one word: JOY. Historic Londontown was the perfect setting to make our dream a reality. We were lucky enough to say “I do” in the gorgeous gardens of Londontown with the South River as a stunning and romantic backdrop. All of our planning came together beautifully; from our locally roasted coffee bean favors, to our lantern centerpieces, to the ombre ruffle design on our (vegan!) wedding cake. But the most memorable detail was the overwhelming, overflowing atmosphere of joy and celebration that took hold of our entire day. I know “love is in the air” is just a saying, but it really did seem like all of our friends and family could feel the fullness of emotion, love, and delight in the air that day as Jeff and I made our vows to one another!”
