Old Timey Fall Wedding
I am completely swooning over this rustic, barn wedding by Menning Photographic . The color palette is perfect for dipping into fall with navy blues, deep yellows, reds, and purples. I also love the bride and groom’s wedding day fashion! They mimic the past with the bride wearing a decadent head piece and a simple, yet elegant gown, while the groom wears a vest equipped with a bow tie. There is so much to love about this fall wedding! The photographer shared her experience with the love birds below:
Words from the photographer:
“Melissa & Quinn are calm together; they’re one of those couples who put you at ease when you’re around them because you’re confident that they’re content and happy. They are both fans of simple, organic lifestyles. Their wedding showcased their personalities perfectly with its DIY, rustic, vintage, old school charm. You’ll see that not many vendors are listed; that’s because most of these amazing & beautiful details were handmade by Melissa, her mother, Quinn, or their family members & friends. It was a labor of love. . . and it was absolutely lovely. The ceremony was in a wooden gazebo beautifully lit by the sunshine and surrounded by evergreens. The reception took place in a multi-level barn constructed in 1880. All of the details from the vintage typewriter to the old school desks worked together to create a beautiful event full of rustic charm & appeal.”
Enjoy!
