It’s been three and a half years years since Natalie and I sat down at an Annapolis coffee shop and hatched the idea of “Bayside Bride”. We barely knew each other and had no idea where our little blog (or our friendship!) would take us. Since then, we’ve celebrated Natalie’s wedding, adopted puppies, bought houses and met some pretty incredible people. Bayside Bride continues to grow and we can’t thank Becka enough for all the hard work she puts into Bayside Bride each and every day!
As wedding photographers, we absolutely adore weddings and love documenting weddings most weekends of the year. However over the past year, we have become inspired to write about what happens after saying “I do.” We still love our weddings but we’re all personally in a different place in our lives. We’re making our houses beautiful, hosting dinner parties, exploring towns, trying new restaurants and just living the Bayside life. Which is why we’re so excited to announce today the start of a new website – Life by the Bayside !
Our amazing friend Courtney Hardie is joining us to share her interior design knowledge and love of life. Courtney grew up in Annapolis and like Natalie and I, married her high school sweetheart. Her husband Chip is a Naval Academy grad and they have an adorable little dog named Ellie (that’s five dogs between the three of us!)
Life by the Bayside launches on January 1st but over the next few weeks, we’ll be posting a few preview posts here on Bayside Bride. We’re so excited to share our adventures of Life & Love on the Chesapeake and we hope you’ll follow us on Facebook , Instagram and Twitter !

This weekend was a whirlwind of fun holiday adventures with the Life by the Bayside crew! We snuck in a few Christmas photos while we cut down our trees and we’re excited to share more photos soon!
