Jill and Paul’s wedding was truly a unique reflection of their relationship. We’ll let Jill explain what inspired many of the decorative details on their special day!
“We wanted our wedding to represent us as a unique couple- the location was the most important part. Since Paul & I have a passion for boating, fishing, and the outdoors we wanted our wedding to take place somewhere that had meaning to us. Osprey’s Landing overlooks the Potomac river, and is situated on a peninsula that we pass by frequently with our boat every summer. When we first saw Osprey’s Landing, it was the pergola & slate walkway that overlooked the Potomac river that made it the ideal place for us. Once we booked we decided that we wanted to incorporate our love of fishing in small doses throughout the wedding.”
These maritime details manifested themselves in everything from the escort cards and seat signs to the table markers and invitation suite!
