I don't know about you, but I think that there's something so sexy about a man with flowers. It could be the fact that those flowers are usually going to someone he loves, or it could be seeing this masculine dude holding something so pretty and delicate...? Not sure! But it definitely tugs at my heart strings a little bit! Dale and I were in the elevator in our building the other day, and there was a guy all dressed up with a bouquet of flowers in his hand. When he got off on his floor, my husband sort of snuck a peak over at me because he knew exactly what I was thinking already. Valentine's Day is next week...don't forget! You see, I do believe my husband is one of the sweetest, most thoughtful guys out there...pretty much anything that I need, he happily provides. But I also know that he is extremely practical. It's the engineer in him. He doesn't usually see a clear purpose for flowers, and so he definitely does not like buying them. I give him a hard time about it from time to time, sure, but I don't expect flowers every single holiday, or even every single Valentine's Day. But I do love getting them! ...and he knows that I'd love to get them next week! ;)
