While what constitutes “deep house” has been a point of contention the past few years as the genre has ascended to become a crowd favorite, there’s no doubt that mainstay DJ/producer Will Saul and his Aus Music label have made a huge impact with deep dancefloor music in its many forms, and the label has big plans to celebrate its 10th anniversary and 100th release.
The Aus 100 compilation will arrive next month, and it will be available both as a triple-CD set and a quadruple-vinyl pack, as well as via digital outlets. It’ll also be made up entirely from new and exclusive tracks from the Aus family, plus a continuous mix from Will Saul himself.
“Very proud to have reached such a milestone, massive thanks to all the artists that have made this possible,” the label announced this week, as well as revealing the release would be showcased via a special Boiler Room livestream in London next Monday, June 15.
