So excited to share my favorite trends from New York Fashion Week…But before we look to the New York designers for inspiration, I wanted to share some of my favorite Bridal Gowns from the Paris Haute Couture Shows earlier this month.
Though we might think of Haute Couture as the most serious thing in all of high fashion, this season the designers had a fun sense of humor when dressing the Bride.
Karl Lagerfeld of CHANEL outfitted all the models in his show with custom embroidered sneakers. He even dressed Model Cara Delevinge in sneakers, while she walked out in a wedding dress.
Maybe the inspiration was from the bridal tennis shoes worn in one of my fav movies “Father of the Bride!”
