I could be wrong, but I think the reasoning behind choosing a more private sweetheart table for just the bride and groom is so the couple can make sure that they have those moments alone on their special day. In my opinion, this seating arrangement can be especially beneficial to couples hosting larger weddings - at the very least, you'll get to talk to one another privately while you're eating dinner, right?! If you happen to be contemplating a sweetheart table, it's a great opportunity to do something especially fun, unique and even lavish with your reception decor. You don't have to worry about replicating it ten more times, and it's usually one of the main focal points of the room. So by all means, go all out and have fun with it!
Because the head sweetheart table has so much potential for "greatness," I thought I'd help guide you through the process of styling yours! In my mind, there are atleast five ingredients to making a fabulous sweetheart table - the bride and groom chair decorations, fabulous toasting flutes, striking floral arrangements, fun backdrops and hangings, and I'm sure you can guess the last one - SIGNS!
