No matter how you look at it, this bride in her beautiful pink dress is the star that this day revolves around. I love the bold and brave dress choice- in fact just after we featured an article about the traditional white dress , I came across this wedding immaculately coordinated by the ladies at Wedding Savvy and captured by Mike of MK Photo . I knew we had to feature it and show traditionally white clad brides what they were missing! The wedding took place in the heart of downtown Annapolis at St. John’s College- a site that looks stunning drenched in pink lighting and roses!
Claire and Chris met in Princeton, NJ where they were both working seven years ago. Claire remembers, “I first saw Chris when I was at happy hour with a coworker and instantly noticed him when he walked in for his bartending shift. Getting to know someone is pretty difficult in a loud bar let alone while one of the persons is also working, so Chris did what any guy in 2007 would do and told me to ‘Myspace message him.” Claire knew Chris was something special when she saw his Myspace covered in obscure Bruce Springsteen lyrics.
