Today, I thought I would share one of the treadmill workouts that I have saved in my workout diary called The Slimming Climb. I actually did this one at the gym on Thursday, and it is a thigh and calf KILLER with the big incline and speed changes. However, it's pretty easy to modify the routine in order to make it work for you. Try starting at a lower speed (I started at 3.5 mph and that was definitely tough!), or adjusting your incline and speed at a different, slower rate. You can always make it harder by making those adjustments in speed and incline, too!
I like throwing these kinds of routines into my regular workout week because the constant adjustments keep me from getting bored at the gym. Not only that, but the routine will push you harder than if you just ran at the same speed for 30 minutes. So give it a try! I even jumped on the Pinterest bandwagon and created an easily pinnable image of the workout for you guys to save!
