While I realize my photography skills are next to nil, I just had to share this little shot of mine from yesterday’s Anne Bowen show.
After Bowen’s runway presentation concluded, the models took to 57th Street for additional photo opps. I love how they seemed to share a true New York moment as passersby hustled through the crowd, pretending not to notice the striking women in gorgeous gowns.
Of course, Anne Bowen’s show yielded no shortage of attention from the press. Known for her stylized evening wear and red carpet presence, the Fall 2010 collection, “Artic Tsarina,” had buyers buzzing about the gowns’ gorgeous fabrications… Shimmering liquid, subtle chiffons, slinky, textured silks and crystals on tulle created a tres-chic luminescence and translucence fit for an {ice} queen.
