Purple and Yellow Wedding in a School Yard

Today’s post centers around Abby and Ben’s Knoxville wedding at Riverdale School! Leah Bullard, captured every detail so perfectly. I am so in love with these three creative ideas from Abby’s wedding:

1. The Hairpiece: the bride’s hairpiece is so beautiful and made from her mother’s wedding gown. What a thoughtful and creative touch!

2. The Vintage Photo Booth: This photo booth is so cute and made by Abby herself. I love photo booths, because they’re such a great way to get pictures of all your loved ones enjoying themselves on your special day.

3. The Groomsmen’s Ties: Now don’t get me wrong, I love the bridesmaid dresses in this wedding. Each of them are a different shade of purple and a different style made especially for each bridesmaid! The thing I wasn’t expecting was that the groomsmen’s ties are all in a different shade of purple to match!

Enjoy all these amazing photos and details, and get inspired for your own Tennessee wedding!

Country Club Wedding by Watson-Studios

Outdoor Wedding on the Golf Course

Today, I have the honor of sharing a very special Knoxville wedding by Knoxville wedding photographers , Dan and Natalie Watson of Watson-Studios Photography!

Today’s post is a little longer than normal, because I honestly can not help myself from sharing every detail of this beyond beautiful Tennessee wedding. Every decoration, from the flowers to the dishes, encompasses the term “vintage chic,” and I cannot get enough!

Caroline and Peach met in 2005 at The University of Tennessee. After six and a half happy years together, Peach proposed to Caroline on Christmas Eve 2011 with the help of their dog Lucy! The bride and groom said their vows at Rarity Bay Country Club  with an outstanding 420 friends and family looking on.

I’m a little bit obsessed with the mismatched bridesmaids dresses and all of the creative homemade signs! So many details of this wedding were heirlooms of the bride’s family and friends, and Caroline incorporated them into the wedding so perfectly.

Enjoy browsing through every detail of this swoon-worthy wedding, captured below for your viewing pleasure.
