ONE SENTENCE SUM-UP OF THE WEDDING VIBE:
Our wedding was a humble combination of modern rustic with a vintage inspiration.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE WEDDING
When I think about my wedding, my favorite part was walking down the aisle and seeing the look on my husband’s face. In that moment I prayed that I’d never forget how he looked at me. The surprise, tenderness, kindness, and love that I saw on his face will sustain me till the day I die.
OTHER COOL STUFF WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT
SmogShoppe is a green venue. They capture their own rainwater in a giant rain barrel. My husband made the podium that the Reverend used just days before the ceremony. My father, who died in 2005, had been saving a bottle of Canadian whiskey given to him in the 1970s, to open and drink the day of my wedding. As a tribute to him, my husband placed the antique whiskey and its box on our sweetheart table with our champagne flutes. When it came time for the toasts, we toasted with the whiskey.
