Wanna Get Your Meditation On? Here's 18 Hours' Worth of Deep Relaxation

Dance music lovers aren’t afraid to indulge in a little meditation, yoga and general musical ambience, as evidenced by Above & Beyond’s recent Yoga Flow Mix ,as well as the four hours of meditation music that Moby gave away for free. If that’s not enough, we’ve got a whopping 18 hours of guided mediation, thanks to the Open Culture blog, who brought it to our attention.

“Wholly secular forms of mindfulness meditation have been shown to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety, help manage physical pain, improve concentration, and promote a host of other benefits,” Open Culture points out, for those in need of a little convincing.

The Guided Meditation playlist was put together by Spotify , and it does indeed feature a rather generous 18 hours of content, described by the leading streaming platform “a path to complete relaxation, serene calm, or enhanced compassion and self awareness.”
