Situated on Sentosa Island , the park includes the Shrek 4-D Adventure, the Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure, and Transformers the Ride: The Ultimate 3D Battle. Visitors can get there via the Sentosa Bus 1, 2, or 3, and can also hop on the Beach Tram. Open from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Sundays to Fridays and until 8 p.m. on Saturdays, Universal Studios Singapore can be enjoyed by all at times that fit your schedule.
Sri Mariamman Temple
If you’re a total history buff, then you’ll definitely enjoy visiting the Sri Mariamman Temple, which dates all the way back to 1827 and is actually the oldest Hindu temple in Singapore. Visiting this beautiful building is a great way to get to know Singapore’s history a little better; the temple was once the only place in which Hindu marriages could be authorized. Open daily from 7 a.m. until 12 p.m. and then again from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m., the temple is located on Yishin Avenue, which is fairly central.
Night Safari
As if Singapore wasn’t amazing enough, it’s also home to the world’s first ever Night Safari. It’s open every day from 7:30 p.m. until 12 a.m., and has all sorts of events and excursions taking place, including ‘An Evening In The Wild’ . Start your adventure with a cocktail whilst meeting frogs and other creatures of the night before taking a trip through the rainforest in a caravan to encounter more nocturnal animals. Singapore Flyer
Opened back in 2008, the Singapore Flyer is a stunning observation wheel that was once the world’s tallest until the record was taken by the High Roller in 2014. Open every day from 10:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m., this beautiful work of architecture offers visitors indescribable views of Singapore and the Marina Bay. Guests can enjoy a romantic meal for two on the Flyer, as well as a special Cocktail Flight. Hop on the 106, 111 or 133 bus to Temasek Avenue to get there.
The Peranakan Museum
When visiting Singapore, heading to the Peranakan Museum is an absolute must, as it will teach you so much about Singaporean culture and history. This unique museum features galleries about origins, religion, local food, and even traditional Singaporean weddings. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and until 9 p.m. on Fridays, the Peranakan Museum provides a great day out for all.
